I've read 31 of these books but I must admit that many of them were not by choice (school assignments) and some I wish I hadn't read (Catcher in the Rye, Watership Down.) I would love to eventually read all of them, but it probably won't all happen in 2011.
ps- I miss book club. We should do our own across country with our babies via skype- that ought to be interesting :)
Anna, drop everything and go get Jane Eyre right now! It is my very favorite book, and Josh, whose taste is way different than mine, put it in his top five. I promise it is worth every single page. If you don't read it before your baby comes, you have to grab it first as a nursing time read or something. I'm serious. You've got to read it. Yesterday.
Also, if you do a skype book club with books off this list, count me in.

I've read 28 of the books and possibly another 4-5 that I couldn't remember if I read. My favorite from the list is always Pride and Prejudice.
