New Car!

I just bought my first car! It's a beautiful 2000 Toyota Camry and hopefully it will be as good to me as I plan to be to it. What a big day for me! I now have an expenditure that will never end! I'm learning the joys of finding insurance, joining AAA, and taking out a loan (yes, I am sad to say I had to take out a loan on this old beauty). Other than that, I enjoy more freedom and will be able to successfully make it to CO to begin my post college life. I will be naming it shortly-as soon as we get to know each other a bit better-so if anyone has any suggestions, please let me know. So you can get to know it a little better..I was unaware that I was in possession of an alarm system until I set it off. My Mom did the same thing, both in quiet neighborhoods at inconvenient times of morning or night. Off to a good start!

One World One Dream: Bejing 2008

Welcome Olympics! Since this blog has been created to chronicle my comings and goings at the Olympic Training Center, what better way to begin then with a picture ode to all that is good and sacred about the Olympics. As you should all realize today is 8/8/08, and the opening ceremonies begin tonight at 8pm (at least mountain time). In the meantime, I hope you all go research where you too can find a mode of transportation as fantastic as this. Show some spirit folks! Go USA!
